Gummi Worms
Today is international Gummi worm day. Gummi is the German word for rubber - and one gets quite a bit of satisfaction stretching out this candy before gobbling it up!
They were first created July 15th, 1981.

Gummi bears were created first way back in 1920 also on the date of July 15th and were so cute and loved by so many. The worms were made many years later to create a gross-out factor for kids.
